I absolutely have loved living in this apartment! Its located in downtown salt lake city near trolley square, but due to personal reasons I am relocating to another university. Decembers rent is paid + deposit is paid. It is ready for move in as soon as you are approved. Lease ends in July with the option to renew. Safe area + ground level apartment. Includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, ac and heating. most utilities are included in rent, however electric and power will need to be taken out in your name. I will pay the lease transfer as well.

- Credit score of 600 or higher, OR co-signer that makes as least 5x monthly rent.
- An income of at least 2.5x the rent.
