Looking for someone to take over the lease. Just bought a house and will be looking for someone to take over starting Jan. 1st, 2025. Whoever will take over the lease will get this price as it is lower than other units because of the multiple leases we have renewed with the building.
Location: Courthouse, Arlington, VA
2 Bed, 2 Bath, Balcony + Sunroom (Can be another bedroom)
Price: $2,850 for Rent. (Which is about $300 less than any rooms currently in the building)
Been here for over two years. Amazing apartment, building, and location. 5 minute walk to courthouse metro.
