Erith, SE London, about 5 min walk from Slade Green Train station. 8 mins to Abbey Wood and the Elizabeth Line. 35 mins from London Bridge and Liverpool Street door-to-door

The bedroom is pretty big and spacious as it takes up the entirety of the third floor so you get lovely light and views of the garden and beyond all day! Inside is a king-sized bed, 2 open clothes rails, a vanity and 2 chests of drawers so a tonne of storage (it might not look it cause I have a minor shopping problem lol but youll be grand with a normal person amount of stuff )

The house is a 3 bed with a large garden, spacious living room, 1 shared bathroom and downstairs toilet as well as private parking if you need it! The kitchen is all shared and has all your usual appliances, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and an air fryer that youd have access as well :)

Youll be sharing with 2 lovely girls, both aged 25. One of the girls is a carer who works in and out of London and the other works in the administrative team at John Lewis! Both are out of the house during the day so the house is quite quiet during then. When they are back though, the house is full of us just laughing and chatting the evenings away. Were all big on cooking so the house always smells of something delicious ahaha. There is no pressure to get involved if you prefer your own space, although its always nice to make new friends
