This is one of the nicest and best located apartments in the Georgia Tech vicinity, and I personally chose to renew my lease for all three years since I started living here. Rent is $1603/month for me (note: this is for one bedroom, not both), but Im only asking for $1375/month, and am happy to negotiate even lower than that!
