Im looking for someone to sublet from February 2025 through the end of June 2025 when my lease is up. I would be bringing all my furniture with me, as I will not be returning. The apartment itself is small, one bedroom in downtown Milwaukee. The bedroom closet is spacious, and there is a hallway closet as well as a 3x3 storage unit. The entire building was refurbished in 2018, so all the appliances are relatively new. The microwave doubles as a convection oven. Large windows in the living room give an excellent view of the city--especially at night. All utilities are included except for electric, which has never been more than $50 in a month. Internet is also included, but you need your own router to connect to it. The building also has a gym and laundry room which is app operated. Though I do not have parking through the building, they do have a lot behind the building. There are also two lots behind and beside the building which you can sign up for monthly parking for through spothero.
