The unit is set up as a full master bedroom and then an office with a comfy (memory foam, no springs) pull out queen sized bed. The unit has a huge balcony with mountain views and the building has a gym, pool, hot tub, and parking. Its a 10 min walk to the marina waterfront and 10 min drive to Venice beach. Open to negotiation on rent/deposit, looking for respectful folks who would take good care of our space / maybe even water our plants!
