Located in East Village San Diego. Very Downtown SD. Small dog or cat is fine. Definitely worth checking out. Utilities are included. Full kitchen and bathroom. Shared backyard w laundry on site. Great community of neighbors. 5 minute walk to Albertsons, multiple bus stops, cafs and bars. Ive been there for almost 7 years, and I love it. It is quirky, but definitely doable. Trying to move to SF, and am hoping someone will love my place the way I do
