Im moving for a new job and have a room in a 2Br/2Ba in South End available. $1400/month + utilities and parking (optional).

Youd share the apartment with a 26 year old girl whos a super sweet and respectful roommate. The apartment is conveniently located, across the street from the Harris Teeter, 3 min walk to the New Bern Light Rail stop, and a 10 min walk from Publix/Atherton Mills.

Can move in asap, but I need to be out by January 1. The lease runs until April, but my roommate plans to renew, so the option is on the table if interested
