I am subleasing my 1 Bedroom apartment. It is a 15 minute walk from UT campus. Ideally would want to find someone that could take over either mid December or early january until the end of the lease in July. Fully furnished, private bathroom, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet included, covered parking included. Apartment complex also has a rooftop, gym, study areas, and printing included.
