Due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter needs someone to sublet her apt. at The Verve. Its off campus housing that is pretty great. Its a 4 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. Everyone has their own bedroom and their own (full) bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared with the other 2 female roommates and there is also a shared washer/dryer in the unit. The 2 females currently living there are quiet and prefer another quiet roommate. They are currently in their freshman and sopre years at BSU and one of them has an older cat that resides in her bedroom. The Verve is new. This is the 2nd academic year its been open. They have a coffee bar, rec room, gym, swimming pool and hot tub, just to name a few of their perks. The lease is available now and ends July 31, 2025.
