Looking for a easy going people to sublease open apartment to. There are already two easy going peoples living here that are both clean and quiet people. Unit comes fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, desk and chair in the private room and bathroom, as well as couches, coffee table, and TV in the shared area. Unit also comes with a washer and dryer. The private bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a decent sized bathroom with plenty of counter space and storage. Apartment has a small screened in patio wth a storage closet outside. Unit is on the first floor at the back of the neighborhood so it is fairly quiet. There is a $50 appplication fee through the apartment complex and a $300 move in fee that I would be willing to negotiate to help with. The apartment complex is right across the street and walking distance to Santa Fe College.
