Hi! Me and my roommate are looking to sublease our shared pod unit at Villas on Rio for the spring 2025 semester. It is a female only apartment. There are 4 other people in the apartment, its a 3x3 apartment with per room. The other roommates are super friendly but usually keep to themselves. The room comes with 2 pods with curtains for privacy, a bathroom and a shared closet that is pretty big. Rent is $950 per person - this can be negotiated. The apartment is pet friendly and come with a lot of amenities. There is a TV that comes with each pod. Please message if you are interested or have any further questions.
