Hi everyone, looking for a calm, clean, reliable subletter. Please no pets or overnight guests.I have an EXTREMELY well located, spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Beverly Hills/West LA area available for a month starting December 8th, with the possibility to extend.

-You would have the entire apartment-no roommates.
-Designated parking spot.
-Fully furnished, washing machine & dryer on site.
-All bills (utilities, gas, internet) included).
-Total rent is $2800+ deposit, we can discuss options if you need somewhere shorter but ideally it will be at least the month

The location is beyond ideal-if you dont have a car you dont need one because of how well located the apartment is. Its a super safe & walkable neighborhood. 7 minute drive to Rodeo Drive (37 minute walk, and yes, it is walkable). 11 minute walk to the Beverly Center, 4 minute walk to Trader Joes. 3 minute drive, 17 minute walk to the Four Seasons on Doheny. Most prime spots in Los Angeles are no more than a 10 minute drive, and no where is more than 30 minute drive (in moderate traffic).
Building is small, neighbors are friendly and low-key and on a quiet street. If youre interested leave a comment & send me a PM (sometimes I dont see them so be sure to comment you sent me a message) will be interviewing and showing the apartment asap.
