Looking for a roommate to add to my lease. URGENT

Looking for someone to add on to my lease as a roommate. I am having to move back to Texas on Dec 23rd ,so they would essentially just be added to my lease and would be living in the studio alone. There is a concession which is 4 weeks free in January, which would be applied as they are just being added onto my lease, but would take primary responsibility once I am gone. They would need to apply and pass a background check as well as prove their income. The community is Quintana at Cooley station in Gilbert, a quite Luxury community walking distance from many restaurants and boutiques and some nightlife.
