The apartment is very close to Georgia Tech, MARTA North Ave station, and other popular restaurants and points of interest in Midtown. The other roommate is a professional people who is easy going, clean and friendly.
Net Monthly rent is $1,295 which includes a monthly amount I will pay towards the rent each month through July 2025 (or I will pay you $1,500 upfront after you sign the lease and move in). Onsite and gated parking is available for an additional fee. Utilities are extra and have averaged approximately $75/month.
