Im looking to sublease my room in the spring semester because Im studying abroad. Its at the pier at Clemson on the flats side. I live in a bath apartment with three other girls. Its your own bathroom, and theres a huge walk-in closet. It comes fully furnished and was just renovated. Rent is $750 a month plus utilities. Its a 7 minute drive from the Clemson campus, but it does have its own catbus route.
