This is a sublet for the entire unit for the remaining duration of the lease (ends 10/29/2025). For whatever reason, this site wont let me actually set the exact end date for the lease. Also, I have no interest in renewing the subletting agreement myself after the lease, but Im sure the landlord would be more than happy to sign a normal lease once this one ends.
Im willing to cover the landlords application fee, as well as the landlords sublet fee ($250). Also willing to negotiate for most of the existing furniture/possibly covering other costs if it means we can get the paperwork & such done quickly.

Dont have good pictures of the bedroom yet because were in the process of moving and theres lots of stuff around, can send pictures from the original listing on request (albeit with a different set of furnishings).
