This is a 3 bed, 2 bath house with two people already living in it (both male). The availability is one room with a closet. There is a mattress and bedside desk available to use if wanted. I had am looking to sublease on a month to month basis for a short or long period of time, it is flexible. The reason I am subleasing is because I got out of state and had to move, the guys that live there are to of my best friends and awesome to live with.
