Subletting my sons furnished 1 bedroom with private bath in Rise Apartment, downtown Iowa City. His apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath fully furnished in a PRIME downtown location. Rise is advertised as a luxury building and has several amenities including pool, grilling and fire pit, gym and yoga room as well as coffee bar. they also offer split biweekly rent if that is more convenient for the residents. Currently my son has underground parking that runs an additional $200 per month that can be cancelled at any time. His roommate is a quiet, polite and clean male student in his senior year studying marketing. I am willing to negotiate rent. Rise is happy to work with any potential renter.
