Looking for someone to takeover the lease for my studio in Harbor1500 luxury building on the Weehawken waterfront, Lincoln Harbor area. Looking for takeover from Dec 27th onwards till April 11th.
Apartment is spacious with lots of sunlight thanks to floor to ceiling windows and has views of NYC. Apartment has separate alcove for bedroom and great layout as per floor plan attached. Building has amazing amenities and is in a great location. Close to NYC and Hoboken but in a quiet neighborhood right on the water.
Rent is $3000 per month (below market). Willing to pay for cleaning before move in. Apartment can be provided furnished (ie, bed, sofa, coffee table, work desk/chair etc.) or unfurnished.
