I am looking to sublease/transfer lease of my 1b 1b room (in a 4b 4b unit) at Catalyst Midtown Apartment in Spring from January 2025 to May 2025.
The unit is fully furnished with facilities of WiFi, dishwasher, in house washer, dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator facilities. It also has an HVAC system for regulating the temperature.
Every room has a study table, chair, bed (with mattress). Each room has a wardrobe, and some additional storage under the bed. I will also leave a fully furnished bathroom with mats and shower curtains. Also will leave a bright lamp to use as well.

The apartment has a swimming pool, Gym, Yoga room, a food vending machine, separate study rooms in each floor.

Regarding the location of the apartment:
1) It is very near to campus and also to GTPD (Georgia Tech Police Department) (5-10 min walk)
2) Near to Green Stinger bus route bus stop (3 min walk), a Blue Stinger route bus stop (4 min walk)
3) 3 min walk to nearest MARTA bus stop
4) 10 min walk from a grocery stores on the 14th Street which sell friendly grocery (Indian subcontinental grocery, friendly grocery, etc)
5) 12 min walk (3 min drive, 5 min biking) distance to IKEA store
6) 10 min biking distance from Target in Atlantic Station area
My flatmates are male, very gentle, clean, cooperative, friendly, and quiet. They are non-smokers, so it is preferable if someone similar could come over for the sublease duration or take over the lease.
Rent: $1000 per month.
