I am looking for some to take over my lease at Iron City Lofts. Living there has been a great experience but I have found the opportunity to go elsewhere. Rent is originally $1,470 but I am planning to put in an extra $200 monthly to bring your total cost down to $1,270 just to help with your budget. The apartment is spacious and safe with all your appliances and some furniture built in. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal, full bathroom with tub and shower, walk in closet with in-unit washer and dryer units. The unit is on the 4th floor which gives a little bit more privacy. Additionally smoking is not allowed inside but is allowed on the balcony if you are a smoker or just want to watch the sunrise/sunset.
