Hello all! I am looking to sublease my room at the Arch Denton. The entire unit is a 3X3, so you would have roommates. One of the roommates has 2 cats. The base rent is $679 with utilities extra which are on average for me $50-75 depending on usage. The rent includes valet trash and parking (uncovered), in-unit washer and dryer, fully furnished, and a bus route that goes to UNT. If you can move in by mid-December I will cover the months rent and utilities.
