We are subleasing a room in a 2 bd/1 ba apartment, available Jan 2025. All utilities are included with the rent. We can talk about the specific moving date if you need to move in earlier or later. There is a 12 minute walk to downtown State College. Closest Bus Stop is a 3 minute walk to catch the Atherton St Connector, South Atherton Shuttle and the Downtown Shuttle. We are pretty quiet people, we enjoy watching tv and playing video games in our free time. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and would love to meet with you to tour of our place at your convenience.
