Private room rental available in a shared duplex. We are in our mid-30s responsible couple looking for a year long housemate. Shared full bathroom on the second floor, shared common space on the first floor with a 1/2 bath, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room. We have basement storage and a washer/dryer in unit with one available off street parking spot. We have one 14 yea-old boston terrier/beagle mix and a tabby cat. (per our lease, we are not allowed any additional pets) LGBTQIA+ plus safe space and prefer someone who is apart of the LQBTQIA community. The room only allows space for , unfortunately we do no have the space availablilty to allow more than to live. Best for traveling professional/Graduate student or someone looking to relocate to the seacoast and needs some time to build their roots.
