24/7 Hired security on property
Amenities = Pool, Gym, Amazon hub, study rooms, coffee station downstairs.
Parking available on property, indivisible parking spot accommodations available as well.
Very nice roomates, all are students at UNCC!
I have lived here for all semesters and have no complaints with the property itself
Rent is $800 - this is cheaper than if someone were to start a brand new lease here (current prices for a similar unit start at ~$930)
