I am subletting my spacious studio apartment in Back Bay from January - August. Rent is $2800 per month. It is fully furnished and I am moving out of the state so when the lease is up on August 31st you can keep all of the furniture (TV, couch, dressers, bed frame, etc.) and choose to renew the lease for the next year. A new AC unit was installed this past summer and it works wonderfully. Water is included and there is laundry in the basement.
