It is on the shuttle route to TXST and it comes with many amenities as well (washer/dryer, balcony community pool, gym, tanning bed, parking study area, etc.) It is pet friendly and maintenance is very reliable. Rent is $1075 monthly plus utilities, and move in dates are flexible.
