Looking for someone to SUBLET my room at Evergreen (2bed/2bath apartment) starting in Januarysooner if possible!

Rent is $890.90 (not including utilities), which is lower than the current listing price. The bedroom is huge and fully furnished; includes a king size bed, dresser, two side tables, a desk and chair, and a walk-in closet. There is a washer/dryer in unit and the kitchen includes a dishwater, microwave, and electric stovetop.

Pets are allowed, there is a tiger transit stop right outside of the front office, and this particular apartment is close to the pool/amenities area.

There is nothing wrong with the bedroom or unit, I just prefer to live closer to campus. There is one other girl living here and she is super sweet! This is a great place to live if you need a quiet place to study and/or dont like living super close to campus.
