Hi! Were looking for someone to take over a 1 BR 1BA + den apartment lease at the SoCi building in Arlington **ideally** starting 1/5/25, but can be flexible! Rent is approximately $2200/mo when utilities are added to base rent.

No deposit or mice-in fee, but you will have to pay an application fee!

The lease is set to end 5/20/25, but if you talk to management you may be able to extend at current price! Pets allowed with pet deposit + pet rent.
