Hi! Im looking for a subletter who will take good care of my comfy, convenient Flatbush apartment while Im away.
Fully furnished, good lighting, 4th floor walk up (no upstairs neighbors,) 2 blocks from the train, with plenty of space to relax or work from home.
It takes about half an hour to get to Times Square. Citi bikes, cafes, Caribbean food, - close to Prospect Park to the North and Brighton Beach to the South. Street parking is fairly easy if you have a car.
Im a writer and its well set up with a sitting desk, standing desk, and whiteboard.
Good for an individual or a couple.
Additional features:
Two fire escapes, installed water filter system, pullout sofa.
Its possible to sublet for a shorter period as well. There may also end up being the possibility to extend the sublet.
