Hi everyone. Im leaving Montreal in December so my room in the LaMarq residence in downtown will be available to rent from January. The residence is a 15 minute walk to McGill. The lease is until April but can be extended and it is $1250 per month everything included. You would share facilities with four amazing, clean girls who speak French and English. The building has laundry rooms, a gym, game room, study spaces and music room.
