Im looking to lease transfer my 1 bed 1 bath apartment lease that ends Aug 2, 2025.
I love this apartment, but am leaving because my job has recently allowed me to go remote, so I am leaving AZ.

Cost: Around $2100. Ive attached an image of the cost breakdown. I have two cats which drives the cost up by $90/month. So can get it pretty close to $2000 without pets.

Size: 780 square feet

THE BUILDING AND LOCATION
The building is awesome, with a nice pool (heated during winter), hot tub, big gym (actual squat rack), and great patios for nice sunsets.
The garage is remote controlled, but lower level of garage is guest parking. Its located right off of Camelback and 51 which is great for getting around the city. Very close to the biggest city party in PHX, tons of great food, downtown, Scottsdale, and the airport.

THE APARTMENT
I was the first person to live in this unit, and am very clean. The Apartment itself is great, with floor to ceiling windows that allow for a ton of natural light, and great views of the sunset as it faces West. The bathroom is a nice size, with a large tub (perfect for baths or showers), and lit-mirror.
The bedroom is big, and again has awesome natural lighting. All of the shade in the bedroom is blackout so no problem sleeping.
The kitchen is very open with a nice sized island, gas stove top, and a big sink. Also, has in-unit stacked washer and dryer.
The patio is great for watching sunsets as the view is unobstructed and faces west. Also, plenty of space to store bikes and other outdoor gear.
