Hi! Were looking for a lease takeover for our gorgeous luxury penthouse (14th floor) apartment in NoMa, available from December 17th. The lease goes until March 31st 2025 and is extendable. We also have a few people who are looking to sign the lease if they can find suitable roommates, so if you are interested please do let us know and we can put you in touch.

We love living here but unfortunately are moving out of DC. The penthouse comes furnished and has floor-to-ceiling windows, two massive bedrooms with their own spacious walk-in closets and private ensuite bathrooms, and a den which we have been using as a third bedroom.

The penthouse also includes a balcony, an in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, HVAC, etc. Rent is $4058 per month. The buildings amenities include a gym (with climbing walls), rooftop pool and terrace (with views of the Capitol Building and Washington Monument), games area, and more. Theres also free wi-fi and lots of community events!

The building is a few minutes walk from Harris Teeter, Trader Joes, CVS, Union Market, and NoMa station (red line metro), with a slightly longer walk (13 mins) getting you to Union Station.
