The apartment complex is within walking distance of both CSU and a King Soopers. You can bike pretty much anywhere you need from here if you want. Two of the three other tenants here tend to keep to themselves and the third is very social, although hes very good at respecting other peoples space. I have nothing against my roommates or the property, the only reason Im trying to leave my lease early is an out of state opportunity. Roommates are chill, the property office staff have never given me problems, and when something has broken down they have been quick to fix it without problems. The room is on the first floor.
