I am looking to sublease my apartment located at 441 E. Erie St., Chicago, IL 60611, near Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The available lease period is from December 20, 2024 (or January 1, 2025) to March 30, 2025.

The monthly rent (after tax) is approximately $1,850. I have already paid the rent through the end of December. Additionally, I am willing to offer a $350 subsidy per month, so you would only need to pay $1,500 per month during this period.

Anyone interested in renting this apartment must go through the landlords (Axis Apartments) application and qualification process. There is a $75 application fee. After March 30, 2025, you can also sign a long-term lease if you wish.
