Looking for a female-identifying individual to take over my lease in a three-bedroom suite at West Quad Apartments. Pet friendly. You will pay rent directly to the leasing office only for your room.
Rent: $530/month. Additional $25/month for pet rent.
Availability: Available starting in January with earlier move-in possible upon request. Lease ends July 22, 2025, but can be renewed. $25 application fee required if you decide to move in.
Location: Walking distance from UNCG and bus lines that run to A&T, etc.

oPrivate bedroom with private bathroom in a 3-bedroom suite with kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Private rooms have deadbolt locks.
oBoth unfurnished and furnished options available. Common room is furnished with a couch, table, and chairs.
oShared living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
oWater, internet, etc. provided. Electricity extra.
oMost occupants are students, but being a student is not required.
