Looking for someone to sublease this apartment as soon as possible until end of July! This is a beautiful complex with incredible amenities, a gym, a pool, study areas, pool table, a parking spot including and so much more!!! It is right in the middle of so many shops and there is so much around. If you are a student, it is about 8-10 minutes off of campus depending on time of day. Only having one female roommate who is very tidy and welcoming!
