Hello, I am Harvard student who is moving and is looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 room in a 2 bedroom/1 bath student housing apartment, Shattuck International Housing, in the Fenway area (near Park Dr/Queensbury St intersection). Note that this apartment is only available to Harvard ID holders, including any students (of the School of Public Health, Medical School, School of Dental Medicine, Graduate School, etc.,), faculty, and employees. The building in within a 10 minute walk of Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and a 20 minute walk of the medical institutions in the Longwood Medical Area. Your new roommate would be a physician MPH student in the Harvard School of Public Health. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Target, Star Market, and several shops and restaurants in Fenway. The price is very reasonable for comparable rooms in the Fenway area and includes all utilities. The apartment building has many amenities (listed below) and all occupants that are also Harvard affiliates (mostly graduate student attending the School of Public Health). Ideally, I am looking for someone to move in January, 2025 (although I can be flexible with the exact day and prorating the rent) and the current lease ends on May 31, 2025. Anyone taking over my lease will have the option, after the lease ends, to sign a new lease and extend their stay at Shattuck for another year, the 2025-2026 year.
