The building has great amenities, including a fitness room, recreation room, and laundry facilities. The apartment has a great kitchen layout, ultra-fast internet, with plenty of combined storage space in room and hallway closets.

Just moved in and am still furnishing the apartment, so pictures reflect that. The intent is to furnish the living and dining rooms with a 3-seat couch, TV, and dining table with seating. The bedroom is unfurnished. If interested, I can provide essentials like a dresser or a desk.
