Our fully furnished Mid Century 4-bed, 3-bath home features 2300 sq. ft of living space, with lovely open beam vaulted cedar ceilings, hardwood floors, and two fireplaces. The updated kitchen sports top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy stunning mountain and sunset views from the living room, and dining al fresco on the back deck. Accommodations include 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin bed. Den with Large TV, Peloton, and dedicated work space.

Our split-level home combines original mid-century design with modern comforts, offering ample space for relaxation, work, and play.

Upstairs Living Areas:
The open and airy upstairs invites you into a large living room with custom windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. Vaulted cedar ceilings and a unique pass-through fireplace connect the living area with the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances, perfect for culinary adventures, and opens to a large, covered deck and a fully enclosed backyard, ideal for outdoor dining and lounging.

Three Upstairs Bedrooms (King, Queen, Twin):
The primary bedroom has a king bed (with what we believe is the worlds most comfortable mattress!) and a small private en suite bathroom with a shower. Another guest room offers a queen bed and gorgeous mountain views, while a cozy third bedroom with a twin bed makes a perfect childrens space. An additional full bathroom with a tub and shower serves the upstairs bedrooms.

Downstairs:
Unwind in the spacious daylight basement, featuring a large smart TV and an original stone fireplace for cozy movie nights. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the Peloton and assault bike, and remote workers will appreciate the dedicated workspace. This level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and desk, a small bathroom with a shower, and a brand-new LG WashTower for laundry convenience.
