Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take up my lease at Market Station apartments in KC - it is a 2bd 2ba with two walk in closets, up to date appliances, in unit washer and dryer, and is pet friendly (my cat made his way into some of my pictures). It is 1700/month and is 1178sq ft, I got a discounted rate based on the time of year I signed. If I get someone/two people to take this up before Dec. 31st then Ill pay one month of rent for them! The current lease ends in August. Once someone moves in, I will be moving out (you can keep the furniture if you want!)
