OFF CAMPUS STUDENT HOUSING ONLY!! Hello! I am looking to sublease my apartment, move in would be January 1, 2025. The lease would end July 17, 2025. I currently live in a 4x4.5 bath at the cottages with all female roommates. All roommates are sopres and are super sweet. I have a private bedroom and bathroom with a private balcony attached. The entire house is furnished, couches, bar chairs, and a kitchen table downstairs, with a bed, mattress, dresser, and desk and chair in the bedroom. There is also a walk in closet. Laundry machines are in unit and the kitchen is big and beautiful. Utilities are done through conservice which varies month to month. The cottages is only a 6 minute drive from campus and there is also a shuttle in case you need to use it.

I also have a covered spot which is $35 additionally a month, they will let you chose if you want to keep it or not when you sign the lease.
