Its not a sublet, instead, you need to fill out an application through the apartments website (https://www.presidentparkapts.com/decatur-ga-apartments/the-apartments-at-president-park/student/), and the leasing office will be able to transfer my current lease to you (the rate is lower than the one posted on the website, and you can keep all my furniture according to the leasing office).
