Hey all, I am looking for someone to take over my lease(january 2025-august 2025) for a newly built townhome in falls church, va. I am moving due to change. It is a 3 bed 3.5 bath so you will have your own room, bathroom and shower. The rent is 1300 a month excluding utilities. The other two roommates work for AWS. They are quiet and keep the shared quarters clean. There is also a 2 car garage and a lot of available street parking. Please dm me if interested.
