Hi,

Im looking to sublet my room in South Boston from January 1st to August 30th(starting date is flexible) This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and is fairly sizeable for the price and location. It also has an in unit washer/dryer, great wifi, and a balcony. The rent is 1400, plus,utilities which come out to around 75/person. I live with two other roommates who work in the city, two of us went to BC and the other went to Springfield college, all class of 2023. The unit has a great location as it is a couple minute walk to the beach, restaraunts, and is even right across the street from a diner. The kitchen is pretty large and has basically everything you need to make whatever food you like.

Were open to anybody as long as theyre respectful and pay rent on time. My roommates would love to be friends with you as we were all pretty close living together.
