Hello! I recently had to move out of the stl area due to my job and because of that I have a room in an apartment Im trying to relet/release at West Pine Lofts. Its 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit. It has a kitchen, in unit laundry, and you OWN bathroom and walk in closet. Private parking as well. The lease is until July, and my prior roommate does live in the other bedroom. (She is a WashU student and very easy to live with, as well as will be gone for clinicals most of the remainder of the lease!) The rent is $1,012 a month, all utilities included (except electric) and furnished. It is walking distance from WashU medical campus and SLU.
