Hello everyone! I am a recent UT grad subleasing a private room w/ connected bathroom for SPRING/SUMMER 2025). There are currently two very well-kept and friendly MALE tenants, one is a senior fashion major and the other is a graduate computer science student. The room for sublease is extremely spacious with walk-in closet, I will say that both windows in the room face the hallway, so there is no natural light. In addition, the apartment unit comes with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a brand new refrigerator we just got. The living room space is already furnished with sofas, rugs, and a TV. There is also balcony access in the living room that faces towards UT Austin, which is a 5 minute walk.
