Looking for someone to take over my lease. Signed a two year and only needed one.
Looking for a take over of January 20th, the lease ends January 28th 2026 so this gives you a regular year lease.

The complex requires you to have garage parking as a tenant. I currently have one spot in the lease, you can add more if needed. WiFi is also included in the building and lease.

The apartment is beautiful, I was the first tenant in this unit and everything is still in brand new shape. Smart appliances, key codes for
everything including your door, extremely secure complex! The apartment also has a beautiful view all year round with the trees. Even when its dark and grey outside it gets a lot of light.

Similar units in this building are going for almost $2,700 starting and mine is locked in for at $2,280 for the next year. Around $2,550 every month including WiFi, parking and pet rent if you have a pet ($50 per pet)
