This is a 3 bedroom apartment that is currently empty. Both roommates are out but have not sublet it out. All 3 bedrooms are available for the price of 1 until July 1.. I have transferred so I am moving to Nebraska and need to sublet for at least 6 months. Renewing the lease will be availalbe in July for one room or all 3. The kitchen stools can stay and the living room couch.I have a parking spot available underground also for 200 per month.
